Accommodating a maximum of 6 guests in style over 3 bedrooms, Villa 3 is a brand new home.

The master bedroom upstairs has a super king sized bed with motorised adjustment for watching TV or the perfect undisturbed sleep. There's a smart TV, desk, ensuite and access to the deck. Leave a few blinds up overnight to take full advantage of the cool sea breeze and to wake to stunning views. Lush gardens of adjoining properties create a secluded and private outlook.

Also upstairs is a reclining sofa and smart TV and a stunning kitchen/dining. The kitchen has large waterfall end stone-topped island bench with bar stools, or retire to the comfy seats at the table in the adjoining dining area and watch the beach, river and stunning coastline through the picture window. 

Upstairs is bright and airy open plan living so if you're whipping up treats for the family in the full kitchen, you're never away from the fun. There's a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction cooktop. The full sized fridge is plumbed in serving ice and filtered water. A coffee machine will get your mornings kickstarted quickly.

Down the bespoke Victorian Ash stairs on the ground floor is a further two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, and the other with two king singles. This villa provides perfect luxurious accommodation for a family of 6, a family of 4 plus grandparents, or 3 couples. There is a bathroom/laundry with shower, and basin big enough to bath a baby, a separate toilet, and a large lounge with smart TV and view of the pool.

The downstairs deck looks over the heated plunge pool and has an outdoor dining table and huge smoker bbq. Perfect for those fish you've caught. There's a double carport, room for a boat, brush fencing all round for privacy and burgeoning tropical plantings. Whatever adventures you're up to in the morning, on the sea or the trails, you'll appreciate returning to the seclusion of your own private pool area and having a cool drink with friends in the afternoon before you make plans for dinner  with all Kalbarri's restaurants within walking distance.

The property has fans and louvre windows to take instant advantage of the cool morning and evening air or close the windows and use the air-conditioners on hot days

It's luxury all the way in this stunning new accommodation. Undoubtably the best Kalbarri has. And it’s all within a five-minute walk to Chinaman’s Beach, back beach, or the town centre – the perfect blend of convenience and privacy.
