When you book directly on the phone or via the calendar on this site, you're getting our best price.

Pool Villas 1 and 2 can sleep up to 4 guests only (this includes children and babies) and have a 3 night minimum booking. The initial couples rate increases by $30/nt with 3rd and 4th guests (adults or children!).

Villa 1 & 2 off peak special: book for 7 nights pay for 6!

Pool Villa 3 can take up to 6 guests only (including children) with a 6 night minimum. Flat rate of $550/night.

 

Please adhere to the guest maximum to avoid cancellation of your accommodation. Owners are onsite.

We take a 50% deposit on booking (refundable up to 30 days before arrival less 2.2% card fee).

Within 30 days of arrival we take the remaining 50% to make the full amount which is then non-refundable.

 

Our villas have washing machines and vacuums and are self-service but we're always a phone call away if you need fresh linen or something cleaned.

No pets. No smoking. No braziers. Clean fish at public fish tables please.

*Please note: our calendar attempts to show all villas in one calendar initially, so a block of dates that look free may actually be spread over two villas. Click 'request to book' at the left of each villa for more accurate dates or text or call for confirmation of availability. If you try a set of dates, it will hold for 15mins for you to complete booking... which if you navigate away and return can confuse it and cause it to hold it for 15 mins 'from' you. It's all done with widgets!
